Northwest will be host a College Fair on Oct. 15 from 9 a.m. to noon in the McLendon Center Lobby.
Students interested in transferring to a four-year university are encouraged to attend this event.
Universities from the area will be on campus to answer questions and give out information about their schools. Students can find out about scholarship opportunities, admission policies, transfer requirements and more.
“The College Fair is for students to learn about and help choose a university that will best suit their major,” Meg Ross, coordinator of the event, said.
Some of the schools attending include: University of Mississippi, University of Memphis, University of Southern Mississippi, Delta State University, Memphis College of Arts and others.
The universities’ booths will provide informative pamphlets and educated recruiters who will be able to answer any questions students may have.
